What the wheel was to man is technology to rural women, girls and their communities: a tool to the world, a change forever.

Mission

Create community-owned technology programs that provide sustainable opportunities to empower women, girls, and their underserved communities.

Funding our programs

All income from fundraising goes towards running our programs. The officers and volunteers at Smartstainable receive no benefits for their efforts to serve.
